Amendment of Tax Agent Records
Through this service, the FTA amends and updates the tax agent’s data, and amends the records available on the FTA’s website.

  1. Download the Tax Agent Amendment Form.
  2. Fill in the form electronically.
  3. Prepare the relevant evidence and supporting documents.
  4. Compose an email to taxagents@tax.gov.ae containing the requested amendments and attach the relevant evidence and supporting documents.

1. Shall the tax agent renew its registration through the Amendment of Tax Agent Records service?

The Amendment of Tax Agent Records service does not cover tax agent registration renewal

2. How can the tax agent amend the linking to the tax agency it is linked to?

To amend the link to a tax agency, the tax agent shall first delink the tax agency. This can be done through the Delinking of Tax Agents service, which can be accessed by clicking here
  1. The amendment request shall be sent by the tax agent from the registered email of the tax agent.
  2. In case the tax agent was not able to access to the registered email, the tax agent should send an email with a scanned copy of the Emirates ID (dated and signed by the Tax Agent) attached, with reference to the email required to be amended.
