Issuance of Special VAT Certificate
Through this service, the FTA issues a hardcopy of the VAT Registration Certificate.
e-Services platform:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
AED 250.
45 Minutes.
20 business days from the date the completed application was received.

  1. Access the e-Services account dashboard.
  2. Click on “MY PAYMENTS”.
  3. Under the title “Miscellaneous Payment”, select “Printed Certificate”.
  4. Insert the Tax Registration Number (TRN) in the relevant field.
  5. Click on “Make Payment”, complete the payment process, and note down the payment reference number.
1. How will the hardcopy of the VAT Registration Certificate be received?

The Certificate will be sent through Emirates Post to the applicant’s address registered with the FTA.

2. What are the available methods of payment?

Payment can be made through e-Dirham or a credit card.
