Through this service, the FTA links tax agents with a tax agency.

20 business days from the date the completed application was received.

Required Documents and Forms

Valid professional indemnity insurance policy that includes the tax agent’s name or tax agent approval number (TAAN).

Procedures and Steps

Access the Tax Agency’s e-Services account dashboard.
Under the title “Link to a Tax Agent”, Click on “Link Now”.
Complete the linking process.

FAQs

1. Can more than one tax agent be linked to one tax agency?
Yes, more than one tax agent can be linked to one tax agency

2. In case the delinking button was not available, how can the tax agent be delinked from the tax agency?

The delinking button would be available on the tax agent’s as well as the tax agency’s dashboard in case more than one tax agent was linked to the tax agency

However, if the tax agent was the only tax agent linked to the tax agency, the button would not appear on the dashboard. Therefore, if you wish to delink, you are required to send an email to taxagents@tax.gov.ae from your registered email requesting the delinking

Terms & Conditions

After registration, one tax agent at minimum is required to link to the registered tax agency before the tax agency is allowed to practice as a tax agency.
More than one tax agent may be linked to the same tax agency, however, the tax agent can only be linked to one tax agency at the same time.
Both the tax agent and the tax agency must be registered with the FTA.
