Service Description

Through this service, the FTA in cooperation with De La Rue (DLR) (the service provider for Digital Tax Stamps), registers manufacturers of designated excise goods subject to the Digital Tax Stamp Scheme.

Registration for Manufacturer Form.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by De La Rue at a later stage.
Contract provided by De La Rue at a later stage.

Procedures and Steps

Download the Registration for Manufacturer Form.
Fill in the form electronically.
Prepare the relevant evidence and supporting documents.
Compose an e-mail to ftadtscustomercare@delarue.com and attach the filled application form, as well as the relevant evidence and supporting documents.

Terms & Conditions

The applicant must be registered for Excise Tax with the FTA if it was a UAE resident.
If the application is incomplete, or additional information is required, the applicant will be requested to provide additional documentation. After submitting the additional documentation, it may take a further 20 business days to respond to the updated request.
